1General
These terms govern the use of the international messenger Mess — through the web app (web.3wt.ru), the Android, Windows and Linux apps, and later iOS and macOS. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2Registration and your account
Creating an account requires confirming a phone number or email at web.3wt.ru. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it, on any device or platform.
- One account belongs to one real person; sharing access with others is not allowed.
- If you notice suspicious activity, end your other sign-in sessions right away in security settings.
3Acceptable use
By using Mess, you agree not to:
- send spam, malicious links or files;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- violate the rights of other users, including their right to privacy;
- break the laws that apply in the country you use the service from;
- attempt to access other people's accounts or the service's infrastructure.
4Your content
Messages, files and other content you send remain yours. We claim no rights over this content — it is used solely to deliver it to its recipient.
5Intellectual property
The Mess name, logo and design — across every app and platform — belong to us. They may not be used without our written permission.
6Apps across platforms
In addition to the web app, Mess is distributed as separate apps for Android, Windows and Linux, with iOS and macOS versions planned. These terms apply equally regardless of which version you use.
7Limitation of liability
We work to keep Mess running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service 100% of the time — for example during maintenance or external outages. We are not responsible for the content of users' conversations.
8Suspending access
If an account repeatedly breaks the rules in the "Acceptable use" section, we may temporarily restrict or terminate access to it, after notifying the user in advance — except where doing so would endanger the safety of others.
9Governing law and dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any disagreement directly — please write to us first at the email below.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will announce significant changes in the app and on the website ahead of time, so you have a chance to review them.
